DO YOU PROVIDE PHONE NUMBERS?

Where a phone number is available in public records or through licensed B2B/residential data providers, yes — and we scrub against federal DNC and state DNC lists (MD, VA, WV, PA) before delivery. You are still responsible for your own DNC compliance at time of call, and for following your state real estate board's solicitation rules.

CAN I USE THIS FOR TENANT SCREENING OR CREDIT DECISIONS?

No. These lists are strictly for real estate marketing. They are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Our terms prohibit use for tenant screening, credit decisions, employment, or insurance underwriting — those uses require a licensed Consumer Reporting Agency, which we are not.

WHAT IF AN OWNER WANTS OFF THE LIST?

We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. Property owners can email [email protected] with subject 'Sentry Intel Opt-Out' and their property address. We remove from the master database AND notify all active buyers to do the same.
