Raw thermal frames feed into our custom YOLOv8-nano neural network. Trained on labeled thermal anomaly datasets and refined through ongoing inspection work, the model detects and classifies defect types: hot spots, cold spots, moisture intrusion, electrical faults, insulation gaps.

SEVERITY ANALYSIS

Detected anomalies are scored using quantified temperature differential analysis. A 5°C delta on a solar cell means something very different than a 15°C delta. Our system categorizes every finding as LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, or CRITICAL with specific repair recommendations.
