I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and understand the scope and limitations of thermal drone inspection services I authorize payment of the agreed price as outlined above and understand the payment terms (50% deposit on jobs over $1,000, balance due Net 15 after report delivery) I confirm I have authority to grant site access for the scheduled inspection and will ensure the property is accessible on the agreed date

This is entirely optional and does not affect your inspection or pricing.

I grant Sentry AI Thermal LLC permission to use anonymized thermal imagery from this inspection for marketing, portfolio, and AI training purposes. Property address and client identity will not be disclosed without separate written consent.
